01
Tell us about your bike
Brand, model and year. Those three details decide whether a pad, battery, chain or CDI will fit, so that’s where the magic starts.
02
Snap the part
Replacing something? Send a photo of the old part plus any numbers stamped on it. We love a good detective job.
03
Get your price in writing
Your quote stays locked in for 7 days. Batteries and tyres are priced with your delivery town before they leave us.
Your first-ride checklist
Gear up in 8 easy steps
New to riding? Work through this list from the top. Each step tells you why it matters, what to look for, and a few picks from our shelves to get you started.

Step 1 of 8
Helmet
It’s the one piece of kit you’ll wear on every ride, so start here and get the fit right.
What to look for
- Snug all round, with no pressure points after a few minutes
- Stays put when you gently shake your head
- Full face covers your chin and jaw. Open face feels airier.
- A clear visor for riding after dark
Step 2 of 8
Jacket & gloves
Your arms and hands meet the wind, sun and cold first, so cover them properly.
What to look for
- Armour pockets at the shoulders and elbows
- Sleeves still cover your wrists when you reach for the bars
- Gloves that let you work the levers and switches easily
- Vents for summer, or room for a warm layer in winter
Step 3 of 8
Pants & boots
Jeans and sneakers aren’t made for riding. Proper pants and boots cover you from hip to ankle.
What to look for
- Knee armour that sits on your knee when you’re seated
- Room to move without loose fabric flapping
- Boots that cover your ankle
- A sole that grips when you put your foot down
Looking for boots? WhatsApp us your shoe size and we’ll check what we can get for you.
Step 4 of 8
Rain & visibility
Weather turns fast. A rain layer keeps you dry and comfortable, and a clean visor helps you see clearly.
What to look for
- Packs small enough to carry on every ride
- Fits over your riding jacket
- Bright or reflective details help other road users notice you
- A clean, scratch-free visor
Step 5 of 8
Bike care basics
A clean, lubed bike is nicer to ride, and cleaning it is the easiest way to spot wear early.
What to look for
- Chain cleaner first, then chain lube, if your bike has a chain
- A bike wash and a soft microfibre cloth
- Engine oil in the grade your bike needs. We’ll match it for you.
- Hand cleaner for after the job
Step 6 of 8
Tyres & tyre checks
Your tyres are the only part of the bike touching the road, so check them often.
What to look for
- Check pressures when the tyres are cold
- Use the pressures in your owner’s manual
- Look for cuts, bulges and worn tread
- Need new tyres? Send us the size printed on the sidewall.
Step 7 of 8
Security & luggage
A home for your keys, wallet and rain gear makes every ride easier, from the daily commute to a weekend trip.
What to look for
- A bag big enough for what you carry every day
- Mounting that suits your bike: bars, tank or tail
- Cargo nets or straps for loose items
- A lock you’ll actually use every time you park
Tank bags, tail bags and locks: WhatsApp us and we’ll check what our suppliers have available this week.
Step 8 of 8
Handy extras
Small extras make daily riding easier, from a charged phone to a battery that’s ready when you are.
What to look for
- USB charging that suits your bike’s wiring
- A battery charger if the bike stands for a while
- A phone mount that fits your bars. Ask us what fits.
- A tyre gauge and a few basic tools under the seat
Bike-specific parts
Match it to your bike
Oil, tyres, chains, filters, spark plugs and batteries are made for specific bikes. Tell us the brand, model and year, and we’ll line up the right one first time.
Send us three things
- Your bike’s brand, model and year
- What you need: oil, tyres, a chain, filters and so on
- A photo of the old part or tyre sidewall, if you have one
